Answer: A Wiki is a website with webpages editable, creatable, and deletable by anyone, always, everywhere — with only a little exception.

It’s hosted (mostly) inexpensively — via a unique “pay-per-usage” hosting plan — vis-a-vis the libertarian malcontents of that (mostly) for-profit web-host, NearlyFreeSpeech.NET. Raiazome recommends their service for low- to mid-bandwidth websites, and highly recommends their service for websites (of any bandwidth) for which a strong defense against defamation, libel, lawsuit, and DMCA-style cease and desist issuances is a pressing issue.
