Brian, I see you’re running the same (perhaps?) big-brother.pl extension that I have been experimenting with … as per my recent comments on Oddmuse there seems to be something fishy going on with that extension’s treatment of Surge Control and time limitations … how did you get it to work for you, or do you just live with it?
I also note that some comment spammers leave links in the Recent Visitors log that, when clicked on, result in the clicker inadvertently posting spam — see for instance the link “2002” in the entry currently showing up as:
2002 was here 23 hours ago and read Comment_on_Brian_Curry--Blog--2008-06-18
I seem to have too many of these in my Recent Visitors log, alas … any suggestions? (ok, “Don’t click on them!” is a good suggestion!) - ^z
